I'm having this problem on a ideapad gaming 3i, since it's a laptop any idea how to fix it? For me it only happens when i tried to paly Detroit, weird that it doesn't heat as much as other games, just give the blue screen right up

My PC is brand new, less than a month new, and I'm having this issue when i play games. I already checked everything there was to check software related (bios and etc). I use a modular power supply, tomorow I am changing the GPU cable to see if that solves the problem, thanks for the help!

Thoughts on this? So I just built a brand new gaming pc. My old pc was running one of these Star tech cards in particular the one with a usb c and a usb a port. It kept my quest 3 charged while playing infintiely. Now new pc I moved card over to it and it won’t pick up my quest 3. I have an asus tuf gaming x670e MOBO Of course the usb 3.2 2x2 that comes native with the board also won’t recognize quest 3. I’m using official link cable and everything. Is it possible my star tech card is busted? I’m debating on ordering this 20gbps card, but am worried my pc won’t recognize that one either. Meta really should address this by giving us a display port cable option on future headsets.

Not so surprising, Bare minimum for VR is a 1080 TI desktop, so pretty much any GPU over the past few years will work.

the wall charger to USB A works just fine it hold charge over hours on ghosts of tabor and i get around 2.2gbps on USB 3.0 but what you have done is for sure optimal, nice video!

I have the same issue but i installed the cables which were coming with the PSU. Anyone got a solution for that? Or will i have to change the stock cables in to new ones? 😢

thanks man, exact specs and exact problems had to wait a bit for the talking but it was all worth it in the end for anyone wondering its about the sleeves and the cheap 3rd party cables causing the gpu a hard time drawing power thus the BSOD

Same issue, Strictly happens when playing Steam VR with the cable. I too had the strimmer extension so I tried using the PSU cable instead and I was quite hopeful when it didn't crash when I started, But it crashed upon quitting to the game to the desktop with the WEHA error. Still haven't resolved this yet.

So what you went threw is sounding like what I’m dealing with, at first it would only whea uncorrectable error when I played anything vr even just running a vr game as a spectator (that’s just a game that I can play on standalone but I can make my pc join my game as a spectator echo vr spark bot,) so iv staterd with doing fresh instal of windows I do have almost maxed storage drives due to videos I need to go threw I got them out of red and still but now after the restart I could just boot the pc and it would do it after a while and then that stopped so after watching this I’m gona try what you did cause it’s sounding like the same thing and I have the Liam li strummer rgb cables and a long time ago I would bump them when cleaning and that would make the power disconnect and you are the first person who’s made a video like this and it sounds way to legit to not be the same reason so I’m. Righting this be for I go digging for my cables it came with for the psu but if don’t come back and say it didn’t work means it worked and I thankyou for posting this

Just watching videos and learning more about BHaptics. I definitely do not want the OWO haptics vest. I do not need electrodes pasted to my chest and back - or do I want to get shocked by a vest. I didn't have any PSU extended cables but after you video I was thinking maybe I'll pull out one of my 3080's and just leave one in. For kicks, I decided on removing the USB-C extension cable I had going to my Elgato Facecam Pro because it was an extension cable. Boom no more WHEA 46. This kind of leads me to a small theory. I wonder if the extension cables are adding too much resistance due to cheaper, plated or thinner copper. Just a guess.

Having same exact issu giving me sleepless nights Replaced RAM ad NVME Checked CPU health using software GPU is working fine I can run games for like 15-20 min then i will get suddenly this error amd sometimes i wont get this errors at all Its very random doesn't happen with every game - GOW4, Uncharted,GTA V,Last of Us all ran fine but happened now while playing RDR2. I jut can't figure out the issue i will surely check if its faulty cables this is my last hope

My laptop has an rtx 2060 and it runs 100% however it's bottlenecked by the cpu because it's somehow thermal throttling. Yes I did change the 4 year old thermal paste and I do close all my other applications when playing.

bro i already have the factory cables of psu 8 years now and a 3080 gpu but suddenly this exact same problem happens when i only login to steam platform.. wtf could this be someone knows ? i play other games all fine.. only when i start logging in steam it happens.. any ideas ?

I have the vive pro 2, but a rtx 3060, so cant really use the whole potential i guess, anyway, i think, this pancacke lenses thing is really importend, because this picture beeing blurry on the edges of the lenses reaĺly harms the expirience, ecpecially in flight simulators where you look at the edges during dogfights alot
