I lost my mom to cancer 7 months ago. This has been the hardest two years of my life. I'm heartbroken. Sending my love out to everyone else grieving their loved ones and this great mystery of life.

Thanks so much for sharing your story Malia, I lost my mom unexpectedly a few days ago…and I’m going through a range of emotions from shock to numbness to sadness. I miss her dearly and also grieve for all the things that didn’t happen but am also trying to remember all the good stuff. I’ve also read that grief shows us how much we loved. I lost my mom last year when I was 15...she had breast cancer and she couldn't handle the side effects of chemotherapy....and she passed away lately.....so many sorrowful emotions that I cant even express about her passing away.....I just miss her warm and comforting hug everyday. But I also learnt a valuable lesson that day you should cherish enjoy and be positive in every part of life.

When the bunny gets older use Timothy hay and btw my rabbit died last year and even tho I’m not ready for a new one I wanna get a new one so ya im waiting for a new rabbit then ima make a shared account of me and my rabbit but idk if it can be in my room so 😭 I crying

My sense of hopelessness is born out of the realisation that as much as I reach forward or reach up, physical touch for now is not possible. We are always thrown the word acceptance, yet accepting the physical finality is not easy. My saddest times are on Fridays when I would call my Mom from abroad and we'd discuss the highs and lows of my week and then wisely my Mom would end up allowing me to see some humour in the working week gone by. My Mom was so beautifully spiritual, that I often feel guilty when falling into this state...but it's just an expression of love I feel We will get through this journey - honest travellers of grief will be better equipped to help others, than those who mask their feelings. For now, allow yourself to grieve yourself back onto the path of joy.

Anyway i will say it straight and it's leaven to you to do some reasearch and see what's this or to let go, by the way i'm here just by mistake but something strange pushed me to write that message, i don't know how you will see this but we humans are different than animals, we are special creations because we have brain and consciouseness, and the thing is that we are not here just to eat and drink and sleep until death comes and that's it, but no my dear! We are here for a reason we are here exactly for a test. When searching for islam you will also know what about Christianity and the other religions, you will know that you are just programmed that islam means no freedom,no love, no joy, no good time with friends, no progress, nothing in life . - you can consider this a little guide from me for you to start your rearch : - Biggest step, get a copy of quran by yourself and read it to see by yourself what God says in that book, because the quran is purely the word of God . - watch a girl called Liss Choice and her bizzare journey ! - watch some videos of a channel called DawahisEasy . * there are so many bad things happening in this world, but also there is always that little Hope that evil can't kill . By the way i know that your mother passed away! If you come to the point that islam is true and understand the reason why you are here, don't worry about your mom, Allah will not blame her because she didnt know about islam, so he will judge her by the way she lived, how she raised her children, how she treats her neighbours and so on . My mum passed away yesterday, I was her carer for 27 years, it's agony, pure, unrelenting agony. She was only 60, she had kidney disease for about 10 years, her dad's side of the family seem to suffer from kidney issues a lot. My dad passed away nearly 7 years ago now, and they are together again in heaven, and in time, when my time comes they will greet me and we will go home together, as a family. As I journeyed through my dad's death I learnt to feel the pain, the tears, the anger, the anxiety. Now my beautiful mum is now on her next great journey is tearing my heart in two, I'm crying like never before, fell crushed by my pain, but I know I'll be OK, I know because I know the lord chose her to be my mum for a reason, she raised me to be compassionate and caring, to be the very best me I can be, so when her body started to fail I knew that my calling was to be her strength when she felt weak, even at 16 I made a vow to protect and care for her for as long as she needed me, my dad did his best, but his health wasn't great either. Yesterday she slipped away peacefully while I was holding her hand, even though she was free, I felt totally devastated and alone. I will move forward with mum where she has always been, in my heart, my soul and in the very being I am. We may lose their hands, but never their hearts. God bless. ❤

Keep in mind alfalfa hay is just for babies i think if i remember correctly up to 6 months then they need Timothy hay. Oxbow pellets are great and best but don't forget to give them veggies like lettuce and carrots and i suggest some safe items that encourage foraging. As someone else said watching Lennon the bunny is very resourceful. About handling i say trust your gut based on the bunny's behavior. If a bunny wants to be petted and maybe picked up they will bump you with their heads. I wouldn't force it at least not in the beginning but that's just me. I would say with the more skittish one no at least not yet let her get over the new home stress first. The other one might be more willing to be handled. It seems Lennon lets her handle her so it really is different for each bunny they all have different personalities too just as us. Trust your gut on what you feel they might like or want as you get to know them and pick up on their cues. Yes bunnies have cues. One is the thump, if they thump at you they clearly are saying no or f you. If they head butt you they are wanting attention. But always move in a way opposite to a predator. Ergo don't come over them like a hawk. Go under for picking up. And so on.

let it out people cry till u just cant cry anymore, and watch how better you will feel. i cry multiple times everyday during times like this one when i lost my mom. always made me feel better until it was time to feel some more. Feeling bad is okay being sad.. YOu couldnt have happiness n laughter without sadness and crying

I am also raising a bunny named Tobin. We met her at the grocery store. At that time, she was in a dire situation, so I had to rescue her. Hello Malia, thanks so much for sharing your story. My first name is actually Janelle so high 5 on having similar names :). I lost my mom recently to cancer. Watching your video, I found so many similarities. It is so hard to see our loved ones suffer, not be able to eat, and not be able to walk. It's so painful. My mom was my best friend, my confidant, and my everything. There are many times when I want to turn to her and talk with her about what I"m going through or how I'm feeling. Having no communication hurts the most. I'm catholic and believe in God. My mom was also a firm believer in God. So much to a point where she held a cross while she passed away. As much as I am relieved she is no longer suffering, I can't help but just want to see and ask if she is okay. I long to hold her and tell her how much I love her. I truly hope one day we can meet again. That's all that I pray and ask for. Thanks again for sharing your story. It definitively gives me comfort. Please take care and congratulations on getting married :)
