Since then, he has not been responding to my emails after asking me for the VIN number of our harvester which I shared with him so that he can confirm exact spare parts I need. Kindly remind him to respond to my emails please. We were almost getting through and if I get help, I will surely propose to the agricultural cooperative I work for to buy more machines from Lovol company since they look forward to acquiring more machines.

I am from Kenya and an operator of a Lovol RG50 rice harvester bought by Kenya government under the ministry of agriculture. They are 3 of them. The machine is efficient, fast and reliable but we have the challenge of getting new drive belts which are not locally available. The original belts got worn-out after 3 months of operation. The machine uses B-64 belt as drive belts. How can we get these belts?
