Sorry about the delay, in response to your inquiry, On my “Jackass of The Week.” The video was taken on I40 in Arkansas a couple of years ago. I believe the SUV was in a contest with a truck that annoyed him in the passing lane. so the guy tried to NASCAR his way around everybody. He came really close to me. The truck behind me thought he had clipped me and took off. Said he had his license plate number if I needed it, but there was no contact made.
