He was a permanent member of Nirvana not just a touring guitarist and kurt didnt die from hanging dude shot himself with a gun and in 2002 they didnt "finish" the song as it was already recorded in 1994 prior to kurts death. all that happened is it was released. and what does "in 1993 nirvana went the final tour for a lifetime with mtv unplugged video" they only did unplugged at one show that was a one off thing. the rest of the tour was just the in utero tour.
