Materially speaking, everything is chemicals. As a gardener, we recognize that rain is relatively free of added chemicals like chlorine and fluorides, so I've obviously meant that the water is pure of these. Hydrogen dioxide is itself a chemical compound--with mighty complexities--this is why the material world amazingly points to a Mind and Designer. Why would someone worship and call holy the created thing and not the Creator. And since the Fall, all matter has been marred and is therefore far from Holy. I hope you have a wonderful day!

I would direct you to my response elsewhere in this thread. Of course it has chemicals in it! The absurdity is in strawmanning the context of my statement by suggesting that I'm unaware of basic chemistry. Though you find it funny to "hail" the evil one, know then that you are a slave to him--his mission to have your vision so turned that you may not even so believe in the deceiver. I would offer to you this day the greatest gift of love and that is that God came down and took on flesh and lived a perfect life that we could not and died the death that we deserve because of sin--sin which a Holy God cannot look at, but if you trust in the Savior Jesus Christ and in His work on the cross and resurrection from the dead, you may be given newness of life and understanding of the deeper things of God. Your sins are vain and will profit you nothing in this life or the next but fleeting and deceptive pleasures and then destruction. I see one headed for the interstate highway and push them out of the way of the 18 wheeler; though, bones are broken, a life is saved. So you may think me a fool or even ridiculous because I say these things, but I say them for your good, from a heart that desires no one to perish--Trust in Jesus Who alone can save your soul.

More appropriately, it seems that you take the God who gave you life and don't care for Him. You love your sins and hate God because He is the Epitome of Morality and Justice. But no matter how you would vaunt yourself above the Creator of all that is, demanding answers from He Who formed you, will the creature formed say to He Who formed him, "Why have you made me like this?" You are a man with feet of clay who would rather trust in subjective and eclectic ethics but not see the goodness of God that saves sinners like me from everlasting and deserved punishment when He would have had every right to destroy me. Or will the drawing form words against the Artist who utilizes the eraser? What folly to think that we but mortal men made of dust can somehow judge God. These extremes of pride, self-indulgence, and irrationality stem from a seared conscience, blinded by the temporal vanities of self. Trust in Christ alone for your salvation, forsake your sins, and see the goodness of a God Who offers to you today peace and life and escape from the Judgement to come.

He did make you and formed you in your mother's womb. Do you believe that the complexities of life come from nothing? Also, feet of clay is a Biblical metaphor describing the weakness and futility of man in a fallen creation. In this sense, we all have feet of clay---even practically speaking, we're carbon-based--our feet will literally diminish into dust. I prayed for you, that God would let you see your need for Him and His goodness. He is even showing you His love and care for you right now as you read these words because He's giving you an opportunity to see your sinfulness in light of God's holiness and your need for a Savior in Jesus Christ, who indeed rose from the dead, proving His words, His followers dying horrific deaths for the sake of what they knew to be true. In the same way, God still enlightens unto faith and newness of life. He'll radically change you and cause you to love what you used to hate and hate what you used to love--this too is evidence of His gracious mercy. You do not know when you will die. Death is evidence that God is serious about sin, for the wages of sin is death--we can only hope in Christ who humbled Himself, took on flesh and lived a sinless life, died the death that we deserve because of our callous idolatry and self-worship. If anyone then trust in the works of Christ, turning from sin, they will become a new person with new life and new and lasting hope for the future. God bless you.

It's important to know Christ's promises and who we are in Him--but in humility, consider His ways above our ways, relying on the Holy Spirit, for the Spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak. So, we need His help, and He remembers our frame--that we are but dust. Jesus has compassion on His own like sheep astray without a shepherd. And His mercies renew every day. God bless you!

Not at all rude to ask! It's been there for a couple months now. I think I have circulation problems--it might be a blood clot. Hopefully, it'll go away soon. I've had them before.

@ccperci1385 Thank you for your comment! I agree with Christ concerning anxiety and to not worry for tomorrow. But it is clear in Scripture that we can "confirm your calling and election" and be certain where we're going. This is why Jesus said to not make treasures in our hearts for this world. If you are His, make the treaures of your heart the promises of new heavens, new earth, new bodies--all to the glory and righteousness of God. We are but sojourners here. But I agree that we must be thankful and joyous for the many current graces of God, indeed.
