Thank you very much. I started moving my body more slowly and I think at least for me I can notice "Mikrotraumas" pay attention to them and then heal them. Ive sucessfully done it with my twitching eyelids, of course it is more complicated when the trauma isnt expressed in a physical form.

Can deaf people be healed by the vibrations even though they can not hear the sound ???

The most easiest it seems is the hardest to achieve..., the ones who restrict themselves, the most ugliest behaviour is just a sign they are in dire need of love... It's very sad.. especially this victim hood which seems to be very subconscious.. "joke is on me" u know.. it's like ahh yah before getting socialized wasn't there this binding/connection, felt like home, born with, feeling myself like in a river, "can't step in twice", can't hold a moment or force it but be with it, just let happen, hopefully "life" will happen, an inner calling to reveal oneself..., if backed down we get up, look for the positive even when slipped...turn it right away... Boss in your own room... Inner space... u stand firmly.. able to shift ur perspective more and more.. hero in your own show... Finding "you", ur birthright, even pushing ourselves in a communitaristic sense to more spiritual growth..., no comparison, every one's own ladder but we help each other climb sensing the same awe in others as in me, not hold back but give what u can give.. And some things are meant to hurt, crisis as a turmoil to rise higher and higher, I see clearly what's in front of me, every task becomes a mission, stardust but feeling "called" at the same time...ohh holy holy holy... right in front of us.. and u know Jed...if u have read this far, who cares right... how you can be not trapped in a labyrinth.... we all are but instead of facing things we corrupt our selves, more wordly pleasures, more attachments in a sense more enslavement..ohh ja I love my comfort zone..., just think of ur ppl, a perfect cul-de-sac but inside are mentally ill ppl to the brink full with psychopharmaca... For everything a pill "qué Sera Sera"...I don't intend to generalize ofc but u get the idea...rambling here.. 'love is all"... The most powerful weapon...the final ultimate weapon.. always ready to shoot meaning healing and correcting ofc so we can help others as well because we know.. Being right there right here in the correct space and things seem to fall in place.., came this far, love and love and love everything away...Ur life...Ur kingdom.. it's ours... in a collective sense.. today... Babylonian tower still stands but nowadays they are building down into abyss ;) covering, hiding, cowardice...ohh my sweet "Adam", let's run away ;) let's don't decide... A man once said that fruits getting ripe in the sun and humans getting ripe through love... so dare to love... dare to love everything away...same old story and u know in Dostoevsky's "the great commander" some famous guy is coming back in the dark age and the Commander who is in control of everything has to deal with him and ofc he is not fond of him in his institutulization... it's a very beautiful tale... poor commander never had a chance in first place.. Thx a lot Jed, this was very soothing...by any chance when u got the time on your hands what's the bowl to the right, middle-sized one ( ua-cam.com/video/Y2anH9YRfRg/v-deo.html ) and behind the white big one in the middle (covered by it in the back)? Planning to get some bowl's as well, so I am wondering, maybe starting with 3 bowls (they are pretty expensive), can be also tibetan, so mustnt be frosted but getting into the bowls so to speak, so my question is what line-up would be ideal in this case or should I try to listen them at the location, check sound quality or just go with prob. is just resonating with me in the moment?
