I think what might be keeping your channel from taking off is the very non-traditional material and color combinations. The layouts are strong but at least for me a small home has a set feel that it must meet. Marble window sills and a washing machine in the living room don't do it for me. Keep it up, don't give up.

Looks lovely. But practical? I detest this current trend of building homes with large impressive looking windows which don’t open! In the entire home, the only ability you have to get fresh or cool air into the house is those patio doors in the living room? Seriously? The entire place will turn into a stifling oven in the summer. I’d hate to try sleeping in one of those bedrooms on a hot night.

Awesome! Id start in the first year saving $ for a year round in ground pool. Possibly relocate some of that water from the front to the back of the house. Then begin building matching Doors for all the Glass on the outside. ❤️ the no railings on the Decks. I'll take it. 😊 Great layout good people!! 💪🤙🌱😎

Was that a under counter fridge.?loved the layout but most of all the various seating arrangements outside in the gallery area for eating and lounging. Can see that's where the guests stops. Warm and inviting. Breakfast for two and dinning on the other nook. Beautiful.

This one has a lovely deck. Past that, kitchen too small with too little storage. No tub. kitchen table is like an after thought with window high and small over it. Would rather have had bath bigger with washer and dryer in the bathroom. Wait, very last top view is much much better layout. Just move table a little closer to side door, increase the bathroom size a bit so washer and dryer are in bath. Make the kitcken counter into a peninsula and bring around in a U shape and the whole place would be much more functional.

House plan please and how much

I remember living next to a family wth 5 kids. Their house was barely 500 sq ft. His brother immigrated with his wife and 4 kids. They all lived in this tiny home somehow. That was early 90s.

The outside view gives an indication of upstairs windows but there are no stairs or high ceilings. A lot of these videos don't have decent closets close to doors leading in from the outside to put outer garments like coats, jackets, hats, boots, etc. None show a basement where the furnace and water heaters and washer(s) and dryer(s) and deep freezer usually goes. I know computer animation in this detail is expensive but still could show more practicality.
