Sinulog Festival is an annual religious and cultural festival in Cebu City, Philippines. The festival is held on the third Sunday of January in honor of the Santo Niño, the patron saint of the city. It is the largest and most well-known festival in the country, and is considered the mother of all Philippine festivals. The festival is a combination of a religious procession and a street party.
