What if there are no silent tracks in the audio file ? I want to break the file into multiple files due to size consideration ; and want want to turn into multiple small files while including some audio of the previous file in it.

I was not able to edit the breakout rooms in the web portal in order to change the pre-assigned breakout rooms as you did with the research breakout rooms at. 8:20 in your video. Can you explain how it's possible to edit a meeting while it is open. Thank you so much.

Hi, For some reason I can't seem to download the file that then plays back the shared screen with the speaker off to the right, not superimposed on the presentations/shared screen. What am I doint wrong?

Sort of confusing the way the room names were only partially displayed until you moused-over them - then you switched csv files and the room names were completely visible immediately but you did not show the csv file contents nor mentioned what the difference is -in the two csv files- that contributed to the room name display fix.

Lol every time I join a zoom meeting or make one. If I exit the zoom app on iOS on the top bar when it says time, date and battery I see a red line and it’s says “Zoom recording” Even when I’m not recording it says that? What does that mean? Can anyone help if they have the same issue? Are they secretly recording information!!!?

Thanks a lot. The last tip is very helpful to me. Hope Zoom will have this feature added that allows selected meetings in a SERIES of recurring meetings to have either different or the same breakout room participants. I tested just now over 4 and a half months after you uploaded this video. And it still remains as you demonstrated. Thanks again.

This was super helpful! I still have issues with the CSV pre-assigning and not everyone is getting put into groups event after i do the "recreate" - any other advice for how to make it work? Do all the participants have to have a zoom account (free one) and use the same email they used for login AND/OR do we need to add all the participant emails into our Zoom contact list ? file naming matters. I had a name with an _ in the name and it did not allow me to use that file.

I having trouble how you got the "zoom.us" as the application inputted into the launch application part. I only have the "Zoom.exe" file and I'm having errors of opening the Zoom home menu
