I fired my defensive coordinator after year one because I saw someone with an A status in the talent category. I didn't know you could only make one offer. He was a former HC and I tried to sign him as a DC after one week I guess he declined and the CPU filled the spot with a D- coach that was worse than my 1st year guy. I like crap afterwards can you sign a former head coach to DC or OC??? Most DC are trash C- and lower
