@autoelektricianEvaldas my grand Cherokee jeep Laredo 05 , stoped starting , and thought it could be starter , but got that changed and it wasn’t , had a autolocksmith tell me it was the computer , curious if I could just go to a car store and buy a part and then a shop or auto locksmith can program it once it starts , will the car run again , it doesn’t run and I’m just scared to spend more money on it 😂

This is why i always run my car on E as long as possible before refueling so the fuel pump will suck that rust out and burn it up in the engine

The bolt loosens because the 1 way clutch in the alternator pulley gets jammed after maybe 120,000km and when the engine decelerates the inertial mass of the alternator starts trying to unwind the rear accessory drive pulley (which isn't keyed grr). I fixed mine with loctite anyway about 30,000km ago and it has been OK, but had the regulator fail recently so will replace the alternator clutch pully this time. (P.s is 3.2L 6cyl engine).
