If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. It's LORD check the scriptures. For to acknowledge Jesus as LORD at the same time you're acknowledging that Jesus is God. It's a hand in hand thing but it has to be Jesus is LORD for that is what he is remember satan knows Jesus resurrected from the dead satan watched our LORD hanging on that dear cross for us. but satan in his pride CAN'T confess that Jesus is Lord! satan knows Jesus is God. but it's the LORD part that Satan will never admit because he is a prideful fallen angel and the LORD rebuke him!!

The false prophet will be a religious leader right? I'm wondering if could be the LDS leader in Salt Lake City, he is referred to as a prophet in their religion. Not sure if Muslim leaders are referred to as prophets.

The Apostle Paul said that we are not in the flesh if the Holy Spirit lives in us. We have one or the other but not both. Sinning Christians are empty inside. They are devoid of the Holy Spirit, so they turn to the world for comfort and gratification. These kinds of Christians are lukewarm towards God. They are decieved. They will have no excuse when they stand before Jesus Christ on Judgment Day, when they knew their actions were wrong, but they went against him anyway. Come Judgment Day, Jesus will either be our advocate or our prosecutor. Matthew 13:41-42 tells us so: "The Son of Man will send his angels, and they will gather out of his kingdom all causes of sin and all law-breakers, and throw them into the fiery furnace. In that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth."

Yes the Bible does not say God helps those who help themselves, as some people think. I agree that the transformation or santification process is about being in relationship with God the Father , the Son and the Holy Spirit. My Pastor says it's feeding Your Spirit with the Word , worship and prayer . I think by doing that God reveals more of His character and the more we know and understand His character the more we can trust and then obey Him

Yes the Holy Spirit is the spirit of truth. When I was first saved I used to say there is only one Holy Spirit so why is everyone disagreeing on so many things. This was before I knew there were esstential and non essential doctrines. I was going to a pentecostal church for first few years that I was saved , I believe the Holy Spirit guided me out of it because they were hyper focused on tongues and healings and prophecy .

Before I was saved I had heard about Born again Christians and had a negative idea about them being extremists. But when I first started reading the Bible and read you must be born again , I understood why they called people born again Christians and this contributed to me then believing that the Bible was true

I pray for the Holy Spirit to open the doors for me to speak of God Jesus the gospel and or my testimony when I am with my clients , especially new clients. Also I like that you believe in reformed theology and charismatic theology. My current church is non-demanational but my Pastor considers it reformed charismatic. I started off at pentecostal churches for about 7 years then was at a Baptist church for about a year then found my current church. In your testimony it's amazing how God has you will some many believers in the Army , I'm sure that's not always the case.

They made a blunder my friend! They didn't get that the HOLY SPIRIT = THE FATHER (who is a spirit) ("God is a spirit" Jn. 4:23,24). No "Lord who gives life" exists! Since the Father is a spirit, Jesus calls Him either "Holy Father" or "Holy Spirit", they are just two EQUIVALENT names for the SAME Person! 1. The blasphemy against the Holy Spirit means blasphemy against the Father, no one was forgotten, 2. The Holy Spirit SPEAKS when Jesus was baptized 3. The Father makes the miracle of the Mary's pregnancy 4. The Father leads Jesus into the desert 5. Jesus CORRECTLY reiterates dozens of times that "God is only made by A. the Father and B. the Son" e.g. "I am not ALONE because the Father is with me". The HOLY SPIRIT = THE FATHER. He is with Jesus. Of course He is mentioned only ONCE by Jesus as "the Father", no one was forgotten.

It's great that we have a Pastor to remind us how Holy Spirit works in our lives. Glory to God. 😊

God draws all men unto Him and He gives a measure of faith to every man, it's then up to us to decide where to place our faith. Saving repentance is realizing that you are a sinner deserving of God's just punishment in Hell and turn (repent) from whatever you trusted in before, if indeed you trusted in anything; to trusting in the person and finished work of Christ alone for salvation.

It's not Jesus of Nazareth as he is our God who sits on the throne. Revelation 3:20. It is the son of THE CHRIST who is the lamb looking as if slain. Revelation 3:21. He followed THE CHRIST to The cross and back and has been victorious over sin and death. He is not in Heaven or on the Earth or under the earth because he is in between God and Man!

Why is it that when im in a public place ..mcds for example..im compelled to talk to everyone about JESUS, but cat has my tounge ..and when leaving i feel sad cause i didn't minister to all the customers.....is there a biblical term for why i always experience this
