Very likely not a supercell, it rises very vertically without any sign of rotation. Just a regular convective cell. And at this stage it's not a Cumulonumbus either, still just Cumulus congestus, since the entire top is sharp, meaning that it hasn't formed any ice crystals yet.

@@gaboseefpam Not a timelapse, I've visually seen towering cumulus rise at a rapid rate from the ground. Don't wanna mess with TCU you can literally see rapid rising motions when your own eyes...

It's all to do with the emergency checklists concerning "smoke or fumes in the cockpit". According to ATR-72-600 QRH, there are exactly five emergency checklists concerning SMOKE: E26.01 SMOKE OR FUMES, E26.02 ELECTRICAL SMOKE, E26.03 AIR COND SMOKE, E26.04 FWD SMOKE and E26.06 AFT SMOKE. As per those checklists, those buttons are of highest concerned and need to be easily identifiable especially when smoke or fumes are present in the cockpits. If smoke/fumes in the cockpit, RECIRC FANS 1+2 are to be OFF (this applies to all smoke checklists). If electrical smoke, AVIONICS VENT EXHAUST MODE is to be selected OVBD, then AIR FLOW is set to HIGH, then DC SVCE & UTLY BUS is set to OFF, and DC BTC is selected to ISOL, and then ACW GEN 1+2 are set to OFF. If air conditioning smoke, PACK VALVE 1 or 2 shall be turned off/on one side at a time enabling the crew to identify which engine is of the source of the smoke. If smoke in the forward cargo compartment, AVIONICS VENT EXHAUST MODE is selected OVBD, and AIR FLOW is selected HIGH, when differential pressure (cabin/atmospheric) below 1psi OVBD VALVE is selected to FULL OPEN. if smoke in the aft cargo compartment, AVIONICS VENT EXHAUST MODE is selected OVBD, and AIR FLOW is selected HIGH. Remember smoke/fumes tend to rise up and cause the visibility to be restricted especially in the overhead panels. Hope it answers your question. Cheers!

A set of tires can last 300-500 landings. Notes: Engineering & Maintainence Crew shall make sure tires are inflated to the specific pressure (for this particular ATR-72 Aircraft, it's 121-123 PSI for main landing gear tires and 64 PSI for nose wheel tires). In this video, the aircraft was out of base and operating multi-stop flights. Due to the prevailing weather at next destination, the aircraft had been parked sitting for a while. When the crew come around again for visually inspection, it was observed that one of the tires was deflating. So, maintainence action was required and subsequently the tire was replaced.

Of course, any airplane operating commercially are checked and made sure to be airworthy before flight. Still, good old wheel kicking method and simple visual inspection will quickly provide the crew with any sign of any abnormalities if there's any. Flying is rather safe.
