The Kansai Karate Academy is a traditional Japanese Karate School based in Queensland, Australia. We teach Shitoryu Shukokai Karate in a family friendly environment. This channel is dedicated to demonstrating kata and kihon techniques to assist students with their training and ongoing development in karate.

This looks bad. Shukokai is way more work with the Body. Not just arms.
Respect other styles of karate. This kata is perfect. There is a lot of hip movement. It was designed to take a person down with one blow ... not a bunch of fancy weak kicks.
