This is an easy way to make Chicken Mole! 🐔
This was my first time making it by myself, so I messed up a little but it was still decent! I will keep practicing as I LOVE eating this! **I will include the things I did wrong and how to fix.
Ingredients:
3-4 Chicken breasts
Mole sauce (I found in the Mexican aisle at the store)
Instructions:
1) Boil chicken for about 20-30 minutes (I accidentally overcooked). Add garlic cloves, onion, and chicken bouillon to water with chicken while boiling to help with flavor (which I didn't add but should have).
2) After chicken is cooked, take it out of pot and shred. Leave about 2-3 cups of broth (take out garlic and onion), and add the mole to pan. *You can always add more broth if needed.
3) On medium heat, dissolve mole in pot with broth. **This can take a while so if you need a quicker way, add broth and mole to blender and blend till smooth.
4) Once mole is smooth, add back in chicken and mix together. Best served with rice, beans, and tortillas. ENJOY! ❤️
