I am extremely frustrated with Flipkart's poor customer service and endless delays regarding my order for the POCO C65. Despite multiple follow-ups, my issue remains unresolved.
I received the phone with a missing data cable, and despite submitting return requests with proof, my requests were either rejected or delayed without any valid reason. Every time I contact Flipkart, I receive generic replies, but no concrete action has been taken. Even after providing a video and repeated requests, there has been no progress.
It has been several days, and Flipkart continues to delay the product return with empty promises and excuses about contacting me. This behavior feels like a deliberate attempt to avoid resolving the issue. I demand an immediate solution and product return, as I have already lost valuable time, money, and peace of mind.
Flipkart, this is unacceptable. Please resolve this immediately.
