The Month of Sawan is one of the biggest holy month for all the Shiva devotees. Sawan Month begins in late July till mid-August. This is the time for the Monsoon session. Sawan is the 5th month of the Hindu calendar. Many people come to Jageshwar on Mondays for Shiva Rudrabhishekam and Parthiv Pujan. People make 4 different kinds of Shiva lingam to do Parthiv Pujan.
