I found out about 2 years ago that I had a slipped disc in my c6-7 mylophy and spinal stenosis at c3-4 and arthritis at first I was just having left arm numbness I wake up from sleeping and it was numb it kept happening I was like ok weird cause I usually hurt in my chest so I was like is it my heart went to a cardiologist he didn’t see anything so they don’t ct and flung that out then I finally got my mri but now is both arms going numb hurting and my legs also I’m very dizzy and off balance I have lot or pressure in the back of my head chronic neck pain so it’s been getting worse so I think about doing it but I’m scared I’m only 24
