Hi Brent, I have two OASE live water pumps for my Koi pond. Since I moved in the house with this lovely Koi pond, the pumps have been working fine. Till last week I found the water level has dropped dramatically in last couple of days and then found out one of pumps are leaking water out of the blue handle areas. Any idea how to fix this leaking? Is that because of the rubber band installed in the blue / silver handles?? Many thanks in advance!

My door handle is quite near the top of the housing and top mounting screw is just below the handle. Which spring cassettes are suitable for this configuration?

Your cable should also be installed via the cable tension relief lug. This eases pressure around the cable connecting to the switch. Its getting that right ensure it threads through the holes and correctly tensioned is the tricky bit! But good video otherwise.

And if you can’t get the connectors of the old one, simply used a little bit of tinfoil as substitute. Works a charm.

I just can’t understand why Flymo replaced the old style plug in cable with this type of cable which cannot be removed quickly and replaced without all the hassle of using a screw driver. What was the designer thinking when he changed this part of the design.

You saved my life. I bought an easyglide 300 to replace my old one when the mower died. First time out, amazing. Sharp, quick, worked like a dream. Then I ran over the cable. After a brief meltdown and trying to see if I could return it I realised. I still had my old Flymo 300. The motor died, the wire didn't. But the wire is hardwired in, how can I get it out? This video (and a set of drillbits/screw bits I bought last year) saved me from disaster. Might buy a new lead just to have one in though, in case it happens again!

Great video, loved the big twin stage piston compressor and how Tidy everything looked. Looked like a 510 Commander in the sandpit.

What screw driver are you using though? My flymo screws definitely don't take a good old Philips head 🤷🏽‍♀️ (it's a funny looking wide star shaped slot)

Please read the instructions you get the u v out by removing it from the top push in the blue switch and turn half way and lift out just did mine to day.

cant for the life of me get these doors off. seems to be the exact same oven/grill as you - but the hinge is slightly different - none of them will budge in any direction. thing i need to hit them with WD40 or something

Hi there. This shoub be great help. Im just not sure ifnit is the element thats faulty. When i turned the grill on a light use to lit up, now when i turn on no light coming on and the element is not heating.. any ideas?

Ye i done it and didn’t work , maybe I need to double the wire over inside the terminal , I think the connection may not be very good where I have screw them down on to the wire

Since the day I purchased my 1200 filter I have NEVER been able to get the blue backflush handle to rise more than an inch!. Certainly have not been able to extend it to the distance in the video. I wonder if there might still be some packing material supplied by the Manufacturer that is preventing this operation. Guess I'm going to have to dismantle it and find out. Hence that is why I watched this very helpful video.

I have this exact mower and I am struggling to take the motor cover off. I took the two visible cover screws but I think it snaps-in in several places around the perimeter with the bottom section and I’m not sure how to snap them off… I don’t want to break anything and would be very grateful for some advice… many thanks

Hi Brent, I was pumping water to waste on my 1600 oase filtoclear and literally on the last pumping action of about 10 pumps or so, the handle seemed to disconnect either at the bottom inside the bin or maybe there is a mechanism in the handle that has come apart. i didn't investigate it further as didn't have time tonight, but will take a look after work tomorrow. It feels like one of the rods has disconnected somehow. I've only had it up and running about 2 months and was giving it a clean via the handle pumping action for only about the 4th time. Any ideas what might have gone wrong? Cheers Rick
