A tip is to check the Phase that you can activate your cards. Infinite Machine says the 1st effect works during the Main Phase, but the 2nd effect is anytime, and that's why it asked you in the end of the Main Phase. So, you can decide that if you wanted to use the 2nd effect, you can do it in the End Phase so your opponent is not able to continue the Main Phase. That can matter a lot if they had more plays. Something else that may help is to enable the Toggle in the Duel Settings, so you can Toggle On when you want to use card effects outside of default activation timings (takes practice), Toggle Auto for default timings, or Toggle Off if you want to bluff and not activate until you Toggle back On. The main thing here is you can then activate *on resolution* of an effect, instead of always responding to your opponent first. That often gives you more information on what they planned to do.

Quick tip: If you start first with Immortal Phoenix in grave and you have summoned Winged Dragon Of Ra with Millennium Revelation you won't be need to use True Sun God effect to send Wing Dragon Of Ra to grave because of Millennium revelation effect which will destroy Winged Dragon of Ra on End Phase and summon Immortal Phoenix before placing a Sphere mode on the field

Man, I miss the earlier days of Duel Links. I ran a combo that worked pretty dang good. Red Eyes White-Horned Dragon and Neo the Magic Swordsman. I used Spell cards to buff them and they were invincible back then. It was awesome. I couldn't imagine trying to get in the game nowadays.
