However I think Lewis was already starting to turn his head when they wouldn’t listen to him about the car concept going into the 2023 season, From the Mercedes side they tried to hold the cards with Lewis’s age only offering the 1+1 year deal without an ambassador role. Which I think is a complete joke, however with the timescale Hamilton has left and decline from Mercedes him signing for Ferrari is an absolute blessing. Can you imagine if he brings a world championship back to Ferrari and also retires with No.8 🥹
