I have a huge fear of deep water, especially the ocean and everything related to it. Yet I can't help but be so interested in the wonders of it all, wanting to get to know everything there is to know about the ocean and its creatures. And somehow, this sound is so relaxing. I have no idea how, considering my phobia, but I find it relaxing to be able to listen to these sounds while at the safety of my own home, letting my mind wander...

This is surface noise. You want the deep noise….it has the wave sound but the waves are much quieter. There’s a pronounced “rice crispy” sound around reefs.

I love Listening to different sounds to help me sleep but this one gives me anxiety. I almost drowned when i was a child. Fell to the bottom of the pool. Doggy 😊 the top of pool. No one even noticed i fell in ... underwater sounds take me right back to that day all over again🤦🏽‍♀️😑

I suffer from chronic sleep paralysis and this particular one always makes sure that I have a whole bunch of sleep paralysis that night lol but I honestly love it. Something about the soothing sound of drowning. I don’t know. I love it, so happy that stuff like this is available who thinks of that?
