Do you have a full video on this? Looking to pick up an old Ted Williams Sears & Roebuck 100 30-30 and my understanding is this is the same gun with a different stamp. The receiver has some rust on it and I was planing to try and refinish it.

I have 3, 760 carbine in 06, 22 inch in 06 and a .243. Been using them for 30 years. It was the only gun a crew of Pa Deerslayers used in the 90's. I seen one get run over by a truck and kill an apple at 50 yards.
Saving my side job money for one of these bad boys right here as we speak. I been wanting a single action revolver for a while now. I had a Ruger Blackhawk 357 way back when you could find/afford to shoot 357 and loved it but had to sell it years ago. I think this’ll be a nice cheap little substitute. Thanks for the video man!
Sure thing! These little Wranglers and a good substitute for sure. In my opinion there are better than the Heritage Rough Riders as far as quality and yet they still have great pricing.
B/A are in general a more accurate because they are a more stable platform usually with a longer barrel purpose built for long range, where as A/R's are NOT purpose built for long range, but instead are built for short to medium range combat with minor suppression capabilities if it has the fun button.
It's because of the tighter tolerances in a bolt action. The rifles are mechanically capable of better more consistent precision. It's not in our heads It's in the physics.
I have one in 30-06 no scope. My wife bought it for me for my 28th birthday! That was 50 years ago and I still have it! I used to hunt deer and wild hogs for many years!
Can you use it for small game hunting as well does it come with different chokes or can you buy some for it i like the smaller barrel and wanted to maybe use it for small game or clay shooting so could i use it for that
So depending on what you use as far as ammo I think determines if its good for small game. It does come with 4 Benelli/Mobil chokes ranging from 1/3/5 (I think its cylinder, modified and full). You can shoot rifled slugs out of the cylinder choke tube just fine from what we understand but if you use a sabot slug or something along those line you will need a rifled barrel which I'm not sure you can readily get one for these models easy. And as far a clay shooting, I wouldn't. Too short of a barrel to try. Unless you just want to for fun.
Have one, shoots great. Prefers 117gr bullets
