I like it.

This is a very attractive home at a great price point. ✅ I would do Lino floors throughout and turn one of the bedrooms into a den/flex space. No mini blinds, but one way/tinted decal stickers throughout the house with some really good curtains. Gotta have separate shower and tub in the Primary Bed/Bath. I’m not bothered at all by the VOG panels. I WANT walls that are sturdy and easy to keep clean. With as many different colors and textures that VOG panels come in, I’ve seen PLENTY that would give drywall a run for its money. Speaking of drywall and money: I’ve seen several mobile home reviews where people have complained about their home getting cracks in the walls upon delivery, settling over time, moving the home, subsequent mold build up, costly repairs, etc. I promise you, they’re talking about drywall homes cracking-which are more rigid than the more flexible VOG wall homes. Drywall that they, no doubt INSISTED ON upgrading to, to “ look more like a house”, even though it ALREADY IS A HOUSE! 😵‍💫 That “stick build” aesthetic ain’t worth all the trouble for me. 🚫 In fact, I think-with the right decor-the seams add a more rustic look to a home. ☺️ I would prefer the VOG in either a “Sandstone”, Halo” or “Oatmeal” color. Excellent tour, home, and price tag! ☺️💯✅👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Yes this is a budget home but i love the space, there's so much i can do with this home being that it's only 2 of us going to be living in it, these TRU budget homes are upgrade-friendly, and maintenance-friendly...we have plans to make certain upgrades and changes to this homs that's in our budget, anything is better than living in this 1992 RV that's on it's last leg, but at least I'm living on my own land that paid for🤷‍♀️, with a well and private septic and power already in place so that's going to save me a few extra bucks I'm guessing

Nice house. Not too big. Not too small. The floor plan is nice, and the rooms are well sized. The area to the right of the fridge is odd. It seems as if there's something missing like more cabinets or a door or something. Point out the lovely paneling in the living room. I like that the water heater and HVAC are in a closet. Usually, the WH is lost in a hole in a bedroom closet behind a panel with screws. This is much better. If you don't mind, a few tips from someone who watches a lot of walk-through videos. The camera really didn't show the rooms to their best advantage. Checkout the closets. Show the water heater and HVAC locations, and the fuse box. Show the location of the washer/dryer better than a passing glance. Show the connections. A lot of builders of modular and manufactured homes are placing a water cut-off switch for the whole house in the box with the washer water connection. If there is one, show it. Show the attic access. Those were good points about room for a freezer in the utility room and a door to a possible future garage. Show the carpet quality and the flooring. Show how well-made the house is. Talk about other possible options like sliding doors in the dining rom. And above all, show a floor plan. People like to see the layout on paper. Then, they can watch the video and locate the rooms in the plan. All in all, nice house. Thanks for the tour.

I am sure that Freedom Homes of Tulsa are good people. Clayton homes for get about you after you sign the loan. A Punch lis that never got done, as it was scheduled the day after the home was set up. Clayton is forever in Court.
