Kinnls is a bad company they don't honor their return policy or any of their policies. They delete negatives reviews from their website and they lie about the materials that they use. I bought this chair wasn't satisfied with the product and try to return but they refuse to honor their return policy. I found a review on Amazon that said that their kinnls Austin chair started to peel off a few months after getting the chair. This is a scamming company stay away from them.

To anyone considering buying a kinnls chair don't do it. They don't honor their return policy, they sell you an optional return insurance and that's a scam it doesn't do anything. They don't honor any of their policies. They falsely advertise their products they don't use real leather. I found a review on Amazon that said that their chair started to peel off after a few months of getting it. I bought an austin chair from kinnls was dissatisfied with the chair try to return it but they refuse to honor their return policy and I even bought the "return insurance". I have to expose the truth of this company to protect other people don't fall victim from this company they are scammers. They delete negatives reviews from their website.

Customer service is terrible. I ordered directly from Kinnls website, charge my card right away. Not a single email confirm my order or an e-invoice. I thought I was scam. I called them people who answered can barely speak English, told me the item will ship out soon yet still no confirmation email, 4 days later I called back they said it d we will ship out by the end of the day but I won’t get a tracking number for another two days. I still have not got any email from them that state I brought the item. For $2,700 item this is ridiculous. Difficult for me to believe its good product if the customer service is like this

I just ordered this behemoth off of amazon today. Been watching some reviews after finding you guys and I'm honestly excited. Just had my gaming chairs frame break, which was what the company brags about having over all others. I loved it but this is def looking like quite the upgrade.

This is the chair I have it's just a beautiful addition to my room and very comfortable I have the 2.0 edition, but I haven't been able to figure out the difference between the regular model and the 2.0.

I'm glad this video was here. The instruction manual was very thorough except for installing the foot rest. There was no instructions on how to connect it. You may want to revise your printed installation instructions and have a picture showing where to connect it on the foot rest pullout framework.
