I tried Honey exactly once, I hit the button at checkout and it applied a 5% discount with the code "Honey5". I then exited checkout and googled discount codes, and found one for 15%, went through checkout again and it worked. Uninstalled the extension the same day, since it clearly wasn't doing the one thing it was claiming to do for me. I'm way more upset about the affiliate shenanigans than the discount stuff though, I'm used to companies claiming more about their service/product than they deliver, but the underhandedness of the affiliate swapping really aggravates me as someone who mostly only watches UA-camrs over traditional media these days, it's an attack on the thing I love.
