Gold inlay on silver watch dial
Using my Andu engraver to cut an extra outlines and then remove backgrounds. After cutting the under edge and teeth with Andu Bulino pen - and then using the pen to hammer the gold foil into the surface. The Andu Bulino pen is very comfortable for the job like gold inlay, it will using for create the texture when finish the gold inlay surface too.

This is the first time he using pneumatic engraver. The AnduHandControlled engraver is natural and comfort so the graver is like your longer finger - very easy to control even for new beginners.

Using my Andu Bulino pen for gold inlay. The pen shape give the easy ability to cutting precision tiny teeth for gold inlay. 90 degrees cross layer to lock the gold in place. And then change to carbide tip the Bulino pen is more than enough power need to hammer the gold melt into the surface.

Using my new mini power hone - it the upgrade version with new bldc motor. Running with slower speed but more powerful and almost no noise unless the cutting sound when graver put in. I hope you guys will like the clip and my new Mini power hone too.

The zippo lighter is engraving with our Ly Destiny's dragon. This is a gift for my friend. The dragon is present for Strength - Longlife - Noble in our culture. This is 3 kind of Andu graver blanks: 2.35mm squares, 3mm OD and 1.5mm OD with 3mm cover for tiny engraving It's very easy and quick to grinding index facet for next time re-sharpening round graver blanks.

Engraving the skull for watch dial. I am making the only 20 watches on this SugarSkull series. The skull still need gold inlay and finish with miniature painting. The engraver in clip is Andu Handcontrol and 96degrees graver.

Every engraver set come with the testpiece engraved by the engraver itself. Now I change to new testpiece to saving time for final testing. But the test could show 100% how the engraver performance.

The start of diamond tiger dial for my new watch. Stainless steel is quite strictly to cut, need raise the Face facet to 55degrees and 20degrees heel facets. But still need to cutting slow and light lines.
How to setup Andu engraver set

The air filter-regulator, pedal, engraver hand piece and few more item is come with the engraver set. It's just need few minutes to setup the engraver for running like this. I was preset all the air hoses size and noted the ports so you hard to get wrong, it's just simple plug and play. You could using white teflon tape for seal the air too.

This is my foot control engraver. Using pressure is 0.6bar (8psi) and 116 degrees graver. The lines is about 3mm to 6mm long. I am not quite good on scroll work engraving and need more practice as you see but I hope this clip will give the idea for start engraving for newbie.

With my new Bulino pen gold inlay will be easy work - cutting hundred tiny teeth for gold, silver and copper inlay easy and fast. This clip is how I am inlay gold leaf on my watch dial - grinding the tweezers work as the bunisher at the same time make inlay faster. Heating the dial about 365-400°C at final step I will have patina color I want for the Phoenix and 100% bind the gold.

I use air graver from Turkey and it looks similar to grs but for the dimension details I know for sure. can this be used on my collet
can this tool do some kind of dot engraving or some kind of scrimshaw on the horn. Because DOT and scrimshaw techniques require a soft touch? to make it look realistic. and I think it will require a small piston to achieve it
@mulanjamilah7849 Hi, yes my Bulino pen can doing Dot engraving no problem. I have a lot of feedback pictures about that. I have 1 2 customers is scrimshaw but feedback picture keep private. He tells the Bulino pen doing very good because you could lower the using press combine with stroke length adjust - but I think if you need really light dot maybe off the air and hand push is the best. The Bulino pen will help doing 80% 90% of dot work fast and effective.

Got your catalog if and when I order the foot controlled hand piece I'm gonna need a few of the bits the size your using to engrave the scull and rose motorcycle part .probably a 120 a back ground dimple bit a flat back ground remover trying to do car and motor cycle parts.not to much knife or rings or coin's Or jewelry!

How do you keep the enamel dial from bending/warping? How does it stay flat after repeated firings?

@@giwangpvcartslamp1349 This is blue steel - same hardness with stainless steel. But the stainless steel is strictly material to engraving is not by hardness - it's because the chips hard to breaking. You need raise graver angles and cutting bit by bit with stainless steel is ok.

Hey mate do you sell graver sharpening templates ??
Adjusted idle on my graver but it doesn’t stay at idle. If the hand piece moves slightly it stops idling and majority of the time when I activate Palm control it just hisses air. I have to a hard rapid squeeze to engage movement, by this time I can’t actually start off slow and steady.
Hi, it's sound like you setting idling too fine so engraver easy to stop and not keep idling. You could setting idling high now - but not give cutting power until you push the valve for control. And make sure the engraver is clean - I have clip how to cleaning engraver here too. Handcontrol engraver from 1:55' I was tested every engraver before send to make sure they are all good condition when left.

This is enamel - basically is glass powder. After painting I will using kiln with about 800°C for melting and bond.
