Yes very close to the entry level to get your kayak in the water. During the summer it's crowded so go early not sure how it is now.

This eliminates the thinking process and forces the player to trust their muscle memory. Especially with female players they are very smart so they think more than doing which slows them down. Cut out the delay of thinking now you have a quicker release. I have her two ball dribble on the treadmill also, same effect forces her to trust her hands/muscle memory.

Winfrid Webb that's actually so smart, and exactly what I been trying to do for my little girl. I been trying to get her to just trust her shot and muscle memory, what good is a 1000reps if u are thinking to much and slowing down. Very smart and creative way to combat that, I'm glad u could give me some feedback. Hopefully this will help my little girl out, I appreciate your time and feedback 🙌.

Winfrid Webb I definitely interested in seeing the two ball drills on the treadmill do u have any videos of that. I'll check and scroll through ur video list. That's something that is very interesting and could help take dribble drills to a next level.
