I'm in my long hair state right now because this is actually the first time in my 25 year of life that I can really grow my hair out, but lately I've been thinking of doing this in the future, I still have to wait tho because it's only been 8 months since I grow my hair. This is most definitely an inspiration for sure👍🏻
What is that ?

The ending 😂 btw breakfast looks great
Test your max bench press when you hit 1 Million I wonder just how much strength transfers over
This is a good idea for when I hit certain milestones, I haven’t done a bench press in over a year!
1000 rep , bro just add some weight
Thanks for the suggestion
You should do at least 50 in the morning and night then what ever extra you do
bro add some weight?? train them like other muscles
@@user-qf4df9uw8m not rn, thanks.

Can i get my hands on some of you food it looks yummy
Btw, I couldn't agree more about the diet. We are meat, we should eat meat, and meat provides the most bioavailable nutrients and protein. No reason in feeling bad about the circle of life.
My body tells me I’m a carnivore but my wallet says I’m willing to eat anything 😭
Where you from? Looks like a beautiful area.
Balkan 😎
Keep up the good work
Thank you 🫡
😤🤚
Do some like calf jumps so keep the legs stiff and really trying to just use the calfs to jump
@@Runner-Boy I will try it and count every calf jump as 1 calf raise 👍
Wildfires are not much fun. We currently have a red flag warning for tomorrow for the entire region. It's supposed to be about 96 degrees, with a chance of dry lightning and gusty wind. I will have my sprinklers running until late this evening. Hopefully nothing will get started. FWIW, at least the fire is up high. It backs down the mountainside much more slowly than it climbs. If it reaches the valley floor and heads up your way, then you have real reason for concern, but it probably will not go very far downhill. Stay safe!
Thanks, I remembered hearing that a long time ago but I couldn’t remember where, you’ve jogged my memory and I’m pretty sure it was a @wranglerstar video! They got some rain and that fixed the fire, it was a day away from a village so that was great timing. I hope your area doesn’t have to deal with anything like this.
@@HeroAesthetics So far, so good here, although temps are going to be at or above 100 for a couple more days. We have lived through nearby fires in the past and it is always nerve-wracking. Just be aware that the fire is probably not actually "out", just under control and still slowly smoldering in places. A few hot, dry days with gusty wind will likely fan a few hotspots back to life. Large fires can never be considered fully out until winter hits. I'm sure the firefighters there know this and are keeping an eye on it, so it should be fine.
Nice that you continue doing push ups
Cheers 💪 yours look to be going well too bro!
@@HeroAesthetics Ay thanks
You can do it bro
💪😁
The echo either open a window or put a pillow behind your phone or what ever when talking
Opening the window helped a little, I’ll try a pillow, and maybe change location if need be.
Build me quads worthy of Ronnie
you need to lift heavier weights this looks too easy. Have you ever seen what marathon runners look like?
Sprinting is great too!!😊
Great idea 👍 I’ve been meaning to do some hill sprints!
? ?
Ur still doing it wrong. You gotta go down and not up. Go from straight to down and back to straight. This method was tested and is twice as effective as going up and down
There’s no wrong way to perform a calf raise
If you go low, double the size 👍
You need higher elevitation, and go from low to middle and not from low to high, you will stretch them more and they will burn more aswell, also you could try using weights so its a bit harder that way you dont only train stamina but more strength
it's kinda sad to step on thermodynamics and calculus like that but keep up the good work 😤😤💪💪
These books are tools for growth (of my calves)
Yes, you need to stretch out the calf as long as you can and return to parallel to the floor. Take a 2x12 and stack 3 2x4s on one edge of it to make an L shaped riser. Lower the heels with your balls of your feet on the 2x4 stack and do a slow and controlled lift of your heels up until parallel to the floor. Make sure to stretch before and after. I used to do 5x50 when I was a teenager then used a machine and did pyramid stacks. Do as many as you can weighted (let’s say 67) then rest for the remainder in seconds (33) then finish if you can or repeat by resting the remainder from 100. By the end I was doing 5x100 in one session with the whole stack of 440# and dunking like a pro.
Its better to do this on a ledge but dont go all the way on you tip toes because you will see more growth
lol yeah because you did calf cardio instead of calf weight training 😂
