This is currently going for between £20 - 30 on cardmarket.com and around the same on Ebay. I'd say £18 - 22 is reasonable.

It just stops kicking when people are wise to it to be honest, I went a few months playing, tinkering and doing really well with it to be fair! I still love it and it's definitely my favourite deck of 2023!

Maybe try the baby toedscruel tech to hard counter gold/pao decks.

Sounds sick! I love the idea of showcasing a card as much as possible and TrickyGyms deck was a class way of doing that and it seems to pop off like a firework!

1 card! I honestly think with the meta as it is that somehow, that genius totally hit the nail on the head! I added the seal stone just to ensure consistency of dark patches, sada, etc but other than that it's the same! The guy is a TCG-enius, I'm messing around at the moment with it I've tried moltes in there, I've tries morpeko, I even had a build with more support pokemon but they just seemed to drop the consistency of turboing the energy. Hence, the description comment outlining that its based around Mahones beast of a deck. I think the standard Roaring Moon deck that is given as part of the battle pass is what may make this deck drop off a little as its just not strong enough but we'll see. Sometimes perfection can't and shouldn't be altered too much 🤷‍♂️

The speed at which this deck gets fired up and kicking is the reason it's not in here but I totally see how the morpeko card helps!

Control decks will always be an animal in the TCG that is difficult go tame! I do like a appreciate a good control deck but not sure if the frenzied gouging attack gets around a few of them, obviously, snorlax from PoGo is always a problem!

@@PokeTubz I keep doing very well with mine. Control is one of the few that your prize card and discard pile also work as part of your hand. Being able to get good cars out of them from time to time. Or use your prize cards as a place to put the cards you don’t want. Carzard has become won of my easier decks to win against. Especially when they use bidof and piggy. Trapping them in play. Three cards I look for are bidof, piggy and greninjia. Plus a few others. Char arc is also fun to trap when you have run them out of switch and use mimikuy. Few times ran them out of energy and trapped charzard with snorlax. You know it has to aggravate the hell out of them doing that. Last game they hit me for 720 damage and only took two prizes. Hit my rotom several times but hitting for only 180 I would just penny it and put mimikuy back up

@@PokeTubz Would the radiant zards ability kicked in straight away in a 1 Vs 1 match? As technically no prize cards have been taken. Or does it take into account the previous match?

Ooooowww good question, the wording on the card does say "for each prize card your opponent has taken" so I would guess not, didn't realise that at the time though 🤣

@@PokeTubz so it was a win win situation for you? There's not many ways a zard deck can get running by turn 2 is there? Unless they get really lucky with the evolving

It was a win if the radiant zard doesn't start firing based on prize cards taken but I was worried for an additional attach for turn if it can start kicking, it would be an interesting one to find out! Based on the cards wording, as a sudden death match is a "new game" not another phase of the same game I would suggest there have been no prize cards taken and therefore full attack cost for the zard, but I'm not 100% sure 🤔

Mate, I'm loving this set again! There are some fun playable cards in jere too, I'm loving the look of the Hoopa and Roaring Moon for competitive play!

I hope the Charizard does show its face for you. Fingers crossed. I got a massive pile of my cousins swaps that i needed which totally took me back to the playground. Ive really been enjoying this set despite not seeing many illustration rares.

I love this set, I just wish I could get my hands on more booster bundles! The TCG live video release keeps getting put off by more 151 releases, 1 thing I can say is it's over 1 hour long, so get the popcorn ready! Fingers crossed it will come out this Sunday, I do have a UPC on order, though, so who knows 🤦
