Hi. Hope you don't mind some critique (not criticism, as I certainly couldn't do it). I watch a lot of bike videos. This is the first I've seen of yours. It only held my attention for 10 minutes, maybe try a different formula? It was like watching your neighbours holiday video, but obviously with the option to turn off..poor audio, boring music, nothing much happening. I quickly flicked through some of your other videos, not many views and even fewer comments. Just my opinion, which some will disagree with 😉

Thank you for sharing! I had planned a motorcycle campingtrip to Switzerland that summer. There were floods in southern Germany and Switzerland early-June. I followed the opening of the main passes in mid-June on the alpen-paesse home page, but now a new series of floods hit Switzerland and Italy. I changed my plans and went to Harz instead.

I heard that psychopath laugh when you nearly hit those birds 🤣

These roads are my backyard so to speak. As has been mentioned ... you had LOTS of rain , and it's not always like that ... some sunshine would bring out the best of the area, and its great roads and scenery Take care ...and thanks for sharing

📽 :). Nicely toned down HSL balance at 6:41. Keeping it more real after a bit of an oversaturated start :).. You could see the sharpness and accuracy just jump to a proper 4k.. If you had recorded in 10 bit its possible to be a bit spring time saturation on dull overcast lighting :)). I know you have the proper wet gear but still KUDOs for keeping the filming going.. I absolutely love an armchair road trip with a nice pie and a beer on my mouse pad :))).🎬📽🎶🤓

Could you please leave in a few more road signs or pub signs in editing just so we can follow your route more accurately. The roundabout way sign at 6:42 was perfect :))). I am on the spectrum and my stupid brain does not like being places I cannot overview.. Its an autistic thing. :))))🤕🤕😱😱. The little blue Slaughtree Railway Station sign at 13:16 was a life saver :)) The Scottish border after Kielder Village is my very favourite border cus you can sneak over without any passports :)))

I had a base in interlaken 1st week in September ( driest month of the year) Eurocamp £200 did the Grimsel, Nufenen pass down to the Tremola and Gotthard went up and down them same day then over to the Furka and back overt Grimsel on My Yamaha Tricity 300 what a Beast lol. 108 mpg average from Penrith to Switzerland. I am proud to be tighter than a Yorkshire man with both arms Amputated already booked this years swiss trip.. I'm going to try for a motorbike licence this year. :D

My in-laws used to live in a mobile home caravan just outside of Cowden on the East Coast. My wife and I have often ridden those roads when we had a motorbike. A more memorable journey home we had one night was in the car though. When we set off, there was a light sea fog just coming in but that was just the start of it. By the time we had travelled a couple of miles that light fog had turned into a heavy pea souper (as we in Yorkshire call them). We were driving at about 10 miles an hour with my head out of the window when all of a sudden a house appeared in the middle of the road, which was bizarre!! It turned out not to be a house in the middle of the road, we had in fact driven up a private driveway that was over 100 yards from the road. Much to the dismay of the owners! After a brief apology and an offer of coffee, we left as it was still a considerably long drive home. We still laugh about it now after all this time............
