The funny thing about this is given the last few bethesda games, you might just be able to do this in Elder Scrolls 6. Both Fallout 4, 76, and Starfield have base building along with forms of recruitment to work and maintain then.

The faces are probably broken because the mod author didn't generate and include facegen data in the mod. That causes the black face glitch.

Only got 1 problem I don't know why the sound only come from the left when you talk (but the game audio and all the rest of the audio go to both ears) and it's very uncomfortable but a very good and enjoyable video overall good work
