I have seen a similar doc on South American goat herders who trade their wool. The community were severely malnourished due to a limited diet of “bread” ( it was flour and water) and tea. Is this the same case here? Tough life.

I just camped in 24° weather with proper equipment & almost died. That cough is from the cold air in the lungs. My lungs still hurt. Idk how they do it.

I live in the south states in America I couldn't imagine living like the people over in that part of the world , even warmer weather it looks very hard . I salute each one that makes away for them selves in hardships .
