Jungjoo Bae is a collaborative pianist and a piano instructor in the NY/NJ area. She has performed in 0esteemed venues such as Carnegie Hall, Merkin Concert Hall in Lincoln Center and Paul Hall in Juilliard, as well as numerous nursing homes and churches.
Jungjoo received her Bachelor’s degree of Music Education at Korea National University of Education in 1994. In 2004, received her Master’s degree in Piano Performance at Winthrop University with the Pi Kappa Lambda National Music Honor Society. She also received her Artist Diploma of Piano Performance from the University of South Carolina and earned the Chamber Music Festival Scholarship at the University of Nebraska in 2004. Initially awarded in 2003, Jungjoo received the Walter Hautzig Master Class Scholarship for the second time in 2005.
As of 2024, Jungjoo's four long-time students have been granted scholarships and fellowships from numerous colleges.
