For me mental health is understanding and knowing how to cope with stressful situations life throws at us. Self care is knowing yourself enough to understand when things getting to the extreme and you can’t handle them anymore I prioritize self care and mental health by solely depending on HolySpirit Trying my best not to feel pressured by the society and focusing on God’s blue print for my life. People need to stop judging others by their appearance, especially if you're meeting that person for the first time. A lot of people miss big opportunities by sizing up their helpers without knowing. They will now be doing damage control when they realised that the person they sized up is a big shot in the society who loves simplicity. This person in question did not appear dressed in rags oo, his only offence was flying a bike, haba. Christians need to stop creating a plastic society. Personally, I do not subscribe to unnecessary packaging sha, I prefer people who are real and true to themselves to plastic people. If I was that gospel minister and the only means of transportation I could afford at that time was a bike, I will come to the venue with the bike and hold my head up high. I'm sure I will not even notice the person sizing me up. It's my days of little beginning. The Bible says we should not despise the days of little beginnings. I really do not care about these things.

Beautiful convention 👍 My own side to friendship is that everyone needs to give allowance in friendship, we need to give allowance in the sense that you should be aware that your friend will hurt you unintentionally, there will be arguments, misunderstanding, don't have overrated expectations, understand that everyone is unique in their own ways, and that we are created in the image of God raised by different parents with different backgrounds and beliefs.
