Great loss, Jen! I feel you on trying to get up despite not being a morning person. I wake up at 4 and it's not fun lol. I definitely think protein shakes in the morning will be a great way to get your goals if you are struggling. It was great seeing another update from you. ~Khaleef

You are doing great! I never drank coffee until after my surgery. I was always so cold I had to have something. I do the creamer, it is sugar free, but a good but. It has not bothered me. Now that it is warmer, I am not drinking as much, but still drink some everyday. Good luck with your 5K! Hugs! Carla
