Your right about that Im afraid! Its getting harder and harder out there for everybody. I know that is such a good point if someone doesnt do it for x amount of dollars they can find some one that will. Everything is getting computerized any ways. Soon all of us will be in trouble. Just lots of rain and some tree limbs came down in the yard. But that was the outer part we are suppose to get stuff thru the whole weekend! Hey Brother good to see you! Hope your doing good. There is deer galore around there. If you look real close we have fencing around its 8ft tall we havent had a problem with them in the orchard. We have a couple of apple trees in the yards because my Parents like to see them eat from their porch. 😀Seems like the fencing is working 4 years no problems so far! Great to see you Brother. That is awesome Brother! I forgot about the apple sauce. I bet the plum and cherry jelly is good. Im trying to learn how to make Apple Butter but it is not going very good. Im doing something wrong Im going to keep on trying it though.

@@sewolverinesstart with about 5-6 pounds of apples. boil the apples until mushy, put them in a colander and mash the pulp from the skins. Toss the skins or feed them to the chickens or pigs. Put the pulp and juice back into the pot and add water if needed. Add two cups of sugar one cup of brown sugar and two or three teaspoons of cinnamon. Boil it down on low heat. (COVER IT WITH A SCREEN) until the water is mostly gone and it's bubbling like a mud pot. (Hence the screen, unless you like cleaning spattered apple sugar...) Then if you want it nice and smooth it can be put in a blender and turned into a thick paste. There are several recipes that call for other spices and stuff, cloves or different things. But sugar brown sugar and cinnamon are the standard.

Oh yeah... Remove the cores first... The seeds have cyanogenic diglycerides. It's not to potent but... No need to add cyanide to your butter in any amount really
