Babylon is the colloquial term the bible gives for whoever is the world's ruling Empire at any given time. Peter calls Rome Babylon in 1st Peter 5 13. Rome was a daughter of Babylon. We start with Babel, under Nimrod, then we have Nebuchadnezzar's Babylon. Babylon comes and goes throughout history. 200 years ago, England was Babylon, under the authority of London (the ruling city). England was a 'daughter' of Babylon. Babylon comes and goes, was, and is not, etc etc etc......(as per Rev 17) all other empires are 'daughters' of the original babylon. The bible references the daughters of zion, referring to different generations of Israel. However, Jerusalem has never been a world power. Israel has never been a world power. Jerusalem is not Mystery Babylon. (New) Jerusalem is where God will make his 'ruling city' in Christ's return and reign. Babylon is of this world (devil). Jerusalem will be of Heaven (God). Mystery Babylon is the 'end times' ruling Empire. It is the last of the Babylons. Revelation 17 verse 18 says that (the harlot) it's a city. Not a false religion. Today, the United States fulfills the role of Babylon. Washington DC is the ruling city (harlot) riding upon the beast (United States) that sits on many waters (militarily, economically, and culturally) Neither does the Vatican/ Catholic church fulfill the requirements of any Babylon or what historic Babylons were and did. Rome has already held the title. It held it as an Empire that sitteth upon many waters, nations, languages, multitudes, etc... picture Roman soldiers throughout Jerusalem in the time of Christ. That is an example of Rome/ Babylon sitting on a different language/ people/ nation/ etc. as per Rev 17. Verbatim, the United States fulfills OR IS FULFILLING prophecies of the end times Babylon. Thank you for sharing this! It's refreshing to hear how others are receiving revelation because now more than ever it's crucial to understand what's happening around us. It's like when you are trusting in God to have a hope fulfilled that you've longed for for a long time, it can often turn into a tree of life that can bear much fruit and bring a bountiful harvest. Reminds me of when Jesus gave the parable about sowing seed. I know this might be long, but I wanted to say you this is something I studied for a while and you speak to a lot of important truths. After much revelation and studying this is just some of the things I received when I was hearing what you were saying. So one of the major things I received is that satan is always truly to copy what God is doing as to take authority and he has done this since the beginning. Sometimes even though something can initially look like it's altogether wrong, sometimes it's just a counterweight. To bring a little more context to this, years ago the religious leaders wound up showing Rome all of it's treasures. At the time of Jesus, because of all the uprising that was happening, they wound up trying to just destroy everything which is why they destroyed the temple. In doing so, they also saw the benefit or rather opportunity to bring in more money and so they started to mold things into something that would benefit them as well, yet keep some sort of order and appeal to a wide range of people. During the raid of Israel, there was a group of people that were sent to retrieve all of the goods from the temple. This group was the Knights Templar. In the process of this, there was information discovered that not only surprised them, but also Rome once they saw what was written which this goes with Ezra 3 and 5. Just as always throughout time, those who have ruled and had wealth. never wanted to lose it. There were many different groups that popped up everywhere and had different understandings as Paul had talked about. With that though, there were those who actually had the truth. Seeing how this information was a threat to Rome, they had to do something about it and still to this day try and do so. It is for this reason why there were the inquisitions. They had to remove any sort of evidence of the truth. This is why when it talks about Babylon regarding the later part of time, it refers to the Roman Catholic church which sits on the seven hills which is the meaning of Revelation 17:7. The things that are sued to describe it is the scarlet purple, the fact they feel like they are equal to God. The cup is representing the Eucharist that is used for communion. The blood of the saints are all as you said bore witness to the true gospel and why they had the counsel of Nicea to discuss a lot of different things including what would be harmful for them if found out. Because of their greed and thirst for power and because they were privy to ancient text of prophecy, they have been trying to claim and bring forth something that is not theirs to bring forth and why this thing is a counterfeit. It is this reason why in Revelation it will be destroyed for all the evil it has done. Because of their understanding of the text and prophecy, they wanted to eliminate the threat. If you look online, you can find pictures of the Catholic church aiding the Nazis and they were being funded through the Catholic Church. It was because they wanted to wipe out any possibility of what they read in what was stolen from the temple so they could remain in power. The flip side to this just as before, they didn't realize what certain things meant, just as the teachers of religious law back in Jesus' time. All they saw was government and they panicked and a whole chain reaction of events sparked from there. The truth of the matter is though that in 2 Timothy 4:1, it talks about Jesus setting up His kingdom. The thing that Satan has been trying to do like I said is a counterfeit version of Isaiah 9:6. If you look at what is going now with the Catholic church, you can see exactly what I am saying because that's what they say they are trying to do right now. I do want to add that when Cyrus first started out, the cry to be used was as you stated not for a reward. It was not until later as more revelation was given and through an actual relationship that it was said what he might receive as stated in Revelation 2:26. But there were conditions that went along with that. This is part of why Jesus said what He did about the person that only had one talent which was actually meaning one job. With the job he probably had and the info that he knew, he probably wept greatly and often because he knew what it meant for a lot of people, even those who believe. I could only imagine how hard it must have been to try and figure out how to tie up a strong man as to plunder a house full of things that were never meant for him to have. I really feel he might be sticking his neck on the linewith the amount of time that is left in hopes that more can make it by the skin of their teeth. And that's with a true and honest repentance.

They do not want the territories in rebellion, there are only two kingdoms and my testimony even though I young and still got a way to grow has been adventurous amazing and wonderfully to see how God has protected me

So this shows that Jeremiah was referring to an end times nation. Ruling Empire in the end. 3) Shows Babylon's topography: Wilderness, dry land, and a desert. Countries/ cities like Saudi Arabia, Rome/ Vatican, Jerusalem (small in land mass) are not possessing of different geographies/ environments like America. ___ Jeremiah 50:23 How is the hammer of the whole earth cut asunder and broken! how is Babylon become a desolation among the nations! Revelation 17:3 and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast. Beasts are a reference to a nation (Daniel 7). Washington DC sits upon the United States. 2) sits on 7 mountains. Revelation 17:9 The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth. The United States is the only country that sits on all 7 continents. With reference to the word "mountains", I would consider that when people 2000 years ago, looked up, they used the word "Heavens", not "space". So refreshing to know there is actually a remnant out here that sees by the Spirit what is going on!! We actually have it recorded in a journal from October 2011 where we began praying for Cyrus to come and really studying Ezra and Nehemiah. The Lord revealed it so strongly through signs and wonders. It became so much a part of our lives that we have 2 dogs named Cyrus and Persia 😊 it’s been amazing to see the Lord’s sovereign will unfolding before our eyes even though we had no idea what it meant when He first started showing it to us and having us pray for Cyrus!!
