Anhui Shengxin Aluminium Corporation Limited was established in 2003 and located in Chuangye Road ,Xuancheng Economic and Technical Development District.Our enterprise registered capital is 103.6371 million yuan and total assets is 358 million yuan, covers an area of 189,000 square meters. We are the largest aluminium profiles enterprice of our province. Shengxin has more than 40 modern production lines such as smelting casting, extruding, anodizing , powder coating, electrophoresis coating, fluorocarbon coating, wood grain transfer printing, environmental protection and energy saving thermal insulation bridge cut .Especially the 5500T extrusion line, it is the one of the largest production line in east China .Our annual output is sixty thousand tons of aluminum profile production.
Aluminum profile oxidation process
The oxidation process of aluminum profiles, also known as anodization, is a surface treatment technique that enhances the natural oxide layer on aluminum, making it more durable, corrosion-resistant, and aesthetically pleasing. Here's an overview of the process:
1. Surface Preparation
Cleaning: The aluminum profiles are cleaned to remove any dirt, oil, or contaminants. This step ensures that the surface is ready for uniform oxidation.
Etching: The profiles may undergo an etching process to create a smooth or matte surface. This is done using an alkaline or acidic solution, removing a thin layer of aluminum and improving adhesion.

2. Anodizing Process (Electrochemical Oxidation)
Immersion in Electrolyte: The cleaned aluminum profiles are immersed in an electrolyte bath, typically containing sulfuric acid.
Electrical Current: A direct current is passed through the aluminum profiles, making them the anode in an electrochemical reaction. Oxygen ions from the electrolyte bond with the aluminum surface, creating a thick, stable aluminum oxide layer.
Oxide Layer Formation: This oxide layer is much thicker and harder than the natural oxide layer that forms on untreated aluminum, providing enhanced protection and durability.
3. Coloring (Optional)
Dyeing: If color is desired, the porous oxide layer can be dyed with various pigments to achieve different shades.
Electrolytic Coloring: Another method involves using metal salts (like nickel or cobalt) during anodization to achieve a metallic finish.
Two-Step Process: This involves anodizing the aluminum first and then sealing or coloring it, allowing for a wide variety of finishes.
4. Sealing
Hydration Sealing: The pores in the oxide layer are sealed by immersion in boiling water or a sealing solution, which closes the pores and enhances corrosion resistance.
Cold Sealing: An alternative method where the aluminum is sealed using chemical solutions at lower temperatures.
5. Final Inspection
After sealing, the aluminum profiles are inspected for uniformity, color consistency, and surface finish quality.
