Energetic live shows, lots of fun on stage and raw metalcore, carrying the bands’ unique handwriting -That’s Expellow. The quintet from Zurich, Switzerland was founded in 2006 and has long earned its spot in the local scene, headlining clubshows or supporting major acts, while at the same time having gathered an international audience and fanbase. Fronted by leadsinger Mik Dean, the band will throw a handpicked selection of brutal breakdowns, tasty riffs, gutturals, and clean vocals your way. Bring your mosh shorts and dancing shoes!

My 1st song too in 2025...clicked...happy metal/rock is still rolling...sounds like alot of stuff these days (drums are processed/digital replacements) of the actual drums but alas i still like.
@@lionoftwo For this album, I really tried my best to keep the drum as natural as possible (for the genre). There's only some sample-enhancement on snare und kick. Toms got about 20% sample-sound from our own toms sampled just to get bleed a little bit down. Even just opened the sessions again this afternoon 'cause I was curious myself if it would work without samples and it would sound a bit more "oldschool" but not really too big of a difference :). and as I saw you are a guitar guy yourself: I even create our own amps' kemper profiles 😁 All the best, Daniel & Expellow
