I learned the grass is always greener on the other side. When I was in the Army I knew life would be better when I discharge now looking back I was wrong
I get it, the thank you for your service statements people would make rang hollow with me because I saw no benefits from my service. What I encourage veterans to do is to set up a VA.gov account and search it like it's google you will learn things you were not told about that you can use. Whether it's general health, compensation for injury, education, or jobs you need to know what the VA does for veterans and go get it. I discharged in 1977 it was way worse.

For me as a New Mexican losing the war wasn't the end of the world. War was a way of life back then and I love my white friends. The worst thing about the war is it paved the way for John Meem and all those so called artists to turn santa fe into the gayest most joto mariconed plastic fake only retirees loving it place. If you are a old white person who loves turqouise and native american art you are falling for a scam and ruining our city. I have to say old white people cause it's not young white people or old black people doing it. Only old white people love this fake city. Young white locals also hate the fake art

Veterans can apply for disability compensation for any current health conditions that were caused by or worsened because of their military service, including conditions related to MST.
