I've DREAMED of having a decorated outdoor space for getting remote work done, and as someone who deals with anxiety, working outside helps SO much! The total reno cost me $130, which wasn't including the bistro set ($98) and chairs ($250) and small tables that we already owned! * * * Subscribe for more travel tips (especially for budget travel gals), vlogs of my adventures, and tips for travel...

    Île d’Orléans is a great recommandation too after you’ve visited Quebec City 😊 I love to go there many times per year, so charming and the food along the way is delicious!

      We need to fix our health care and education issues and probably many more before even considering becoming a country. If we cannot fix our issues while we have Canada behind us, we will never be able to do it on our own.

    We always stay in Lévis and take the ferry over to Quebec. Great views, and it’s cheaper staying across the river.

    Follow up emails can be challenging sometimes 😂 like what should I tell them now

    • @happyplacetravel_
      @happyplacetravel_ Рік тому

      LOL I know exactly what you mean. It can def sound repetitive but re-phrasing your previous follow-ups is a good place to start! You can also add some extra information in your follow-ups if you want, for example: - Similar work you've done in the past that would help them understand what to expect from you - Mention that you want to help them with their influencer marketing goals and want to know what their upcoming campaigns are focused on - Ask them to hop on a call (terrifying, I know lol) to discuss any questions or concerns they may have

      @@happyplacetravel_ Ooohhhh! Hopping on a call. Indeed that is terrifying. I for sure will use these tips when doing my follow up emails. Can't wait to watch more content of this nature and learn from you. All things photography, editing and brand partnerships etc

    • @happyplacetravel_
      @happyplacetravel_ Рік тому

      My pleasure! I took the train from Montreal to Quebec City, so it was a fairly quick trip! If you're flying into Quebec, you can either fly into the Quebec City airport, or fly into Montreal (likely more flights available) and take the train or bus up to QC!
