The first step bro is accountability for yourself. It’s never too late to try and change things around. When I say accountability that’s to going to the gym. Seeing the physical change in yourself will change you mentally as well. Take your buddy up on going to the gym when he wants to. Go 2 days a week then progress from there. Your life matters bro.

Hey man, I watched this whole video and I want to let you know I have had similar problems to you. It is supposed to feel overwhelming, this is alot of stress, Stress is one of the best motivators though and you need to focus on bettering yourself before you can better the people around you. Nothing will change if you don’t push through the depression and start changing things. Trust me my friend, I know none of this is your fault but all of this will make you a stronger person in the future, remember that. Even a small change is a change, just know you have people like me watching you and rooting for you. I believe in you, please please push through, no matter how lost you feel I promise you will do amazing things
