@OmellaObrien The best way to get around KL other than MRT or LRT is the Grab rides (ehailing, fare calculated by app). Being a foreign tourist, you will be lucky not to get fleeced by official taxis. They don’t want to use meters and enforcement has been lax.

I wouldn't describe Kuala Lumpur as 'so so clean' or 'extremely clean'- I mean it has very developed and clean pockets especially the tourist places but trust me, you haven't seen the grimy and gritty bit of the city where the real people of KL live ;-)
