In my teen years up until my thirties, my go to was a red lip. The shinier the better! This video took me back and makes me want to break out my reds again. Is that Bianca Jagger in the thumbnail photo? Photos like that when I was coming up in the 70s and seeing my mom and her friends wearing red lip gloss had me in a chokehold😅 You couldn't tell me nothing once my lips was all glossed up. I stayed on the hunt for a pot of shiny red gloss.😂 (showing my age)

Fa real, I think I have found my spiritual sister in you. I'm sure I'm older but I have loved makeup since childhood and singing. I wanted to sing professionally since seeing Stephanie Mills in The Wiz onstage. But, I never pursued singing or makeup; never thought I was good enough at either so I stuck to office jobs. Now at the ripe age of 53 I'm being urged to start a YT channel by my best friend. All the YTers I've watched over the years have since gone on to do great things with their channels and other platforms. People I started watching at the beginning when they only had a few hundred subscribers now have hundreds of thousands and have done brand collaborations, partnerships, etc. This video really hit home, I can't wait to watch the accomplishments video.❤

I had talked myself out of this Mystery Box. (I was burned by Adept's Mystery Box a few years back and never recovered.) But you made me want this. It's gorgeous! I love the blushes. My first guess on who Nancy is, was Nancy Spungen, Sid Vicious's doomed girlfriend. But after seeing the color, I think it's probably named after Nancy Downs from The Craft.
