This is actually a fucking argument Moon knight was able to take down the fucking Avengers what chance would a rich bat furry have these two are similar on such a surface level Batman gets 90% of his value from being able to predict what his villains do oh and also having better equipment going up against Moon Knight for one thing they for 90% of iterations has about the same tier of equipment beyond that MK is so unpredictable that trying to fight him messes Taskmaster up severely to the point where Taskmaster refuses to fight him because for one to fight Taskmaster one time he just pulled a 911 and flew a plane into the building for a second one time Taskmaster stabbed him through the chest and he pretty much just went ooh do it again and for three his fighting style is so abnormal as he basically just takes the hit so he can hit you back because he can deal with it that Taskmaster subconsciously copying it just led to Taskmaster getting fucked up the whole reason Batman is ever able to do anything against any of his villains 90% of the time is he has the better equipment and he's able to read what they're going to do even the Joker is pretty predictable you put him up against Moon Knight and this quote just about sums it up " I'm not Spider-Man I'm Not The Punisher those who both represent opposite ends of the same Caped Spectrum, I'm Moon Knight that means that nobody nobody in this bar knows what I'll do next not even me so ask yourself this I beat the Avengers what do you think I could do to any one of you" Batman stands as much of a chance as any character in that bar

Moon Knight beats Batman 9 out of 10s for one reason: writers at Marvel wrote him to specifically be Batman but edgier and able to beat the bat in a fight. You want a better DC matchup for Moon Knight? Black Adam or Shazam. Batman only wins in print because DC would NEVER allow the crossover to happen without Batman winning, Marvel treats Moon Knight (justifiably) as a 4th rate character. That book has never been a smash. One could argue the only fight Batman stomps Moon Knight in is sales.

Moonknight gets his ass beat 99.9% of the time he fights Batman. And that .1% of the time would be because Batman falls asleep right before the fight starts. Batman beats stronger opponents all the time, like Bane, Croc, and Deathstroke.
