Cant weave well if you have 100ms+

Great guide. I think it can be learned pretty easily, but like all things in aion, you will have some natural talent towards a specific class. Mine happened to be with a ranger. That's not to say you can't play every class, but for the most part I believe every person has that one class that is built perfectly for their personal talents.

i try it and i can do it 2 or 3 times of 10! in pvp ranger withotu slideshot and jumpshot is imposible? becuase is realy hard do it!! you think with ninja walk is better o no? i like rangers but if i can´t do this things i cant do pvp :S

soo you have to do "auto-attack>skill> jump in direction" all in mid-air right? And weaving here, is when you cancel that auto-attack in mid air with skill?

When you slide shot, how do you jump and flip to the side? Is that a skill?

I'm assuming your character is asmo. Elyos characters hold their weapons differently while running.

too bad my ping is too unstable for a sin anyway. When are you getting a mic girl? I just sit in hostility and chill and you are nowhere XD

how do you hold your bow in just one hand while you run?

I hear it was a 30% damage reduction. A bummer, but weaving is still an important thing to learn, especially if you're an assassin.

It's the same with every class that has a skill that roots you (meaning you have to stop moving to use these skills). You can even slide-cast spells, but that takes some extra special timing.

Keltas is it same with assassin too?

Technically you only have to hit it once and you'll auto attack automatically, but I find it easier to weave by pressing the auto attack button anyway since it's more reliable.

Hi, glad you liked the video ^^ I don't think they'll ever patch weaving and slideshotting else there'll be a lot of upset people (and all the sins will quit). I do plan on doing a tutorial on jumpshotting but I'll explain it =) To jumpshot, you need to jump (try jumping forward). As your character lands, they'll do a little "crouch". When they do this, use your skill. It should work, but if you have trouble let me know and I'll try to clarify =)

After playing both classes, I have to say starting out as a ranger is much easier than a sin. Sins start off very weak compared to other classes, but get more powerful later on. Also, I personally find sins to be much more fun and versatile, but they are difficult to play! I say keep your sin and if you want, start a ranger and give that a shot (no pun intended.) Then, once you feel comfortable enough, continue your sin ^^

Hi, sorry for the late reply! Sins are a class that start off slowly. They start getting better at around lvl 25, and from then on they get even more awesome. However, it's at endgame where the true power of sins comes into play. To help out with your difficulties now, try stacking crit strike into your armor and weapons until you reach about 440. Check out some sin guides too, they'll help out a ton. Good luck ^^

From your experience should i stick with my 'sin or become a ranger? I'm currently leveling up another character to be a ranger. I just want a class that isn't like lvl20 yet still struggling with lvl17 mobs like my 'sin =-(

I'm lvl20 and people say that assassin sucks but i really don't want to switch class as i'm happy being this one. I have noticed that attacks don't really seem to do much damage and my health does go down. I do move around a lot in combat (not sure if that's what they call 'weaving' but yeh). It just kinda makes me wonder what the point of a 'sin is if it takes so much damage yet doesn't really give any back. I was told it gets better but is that even true? Thanks!

Cont. Lastly, when popping a rune, I usually follow up immediately with a skill, because it can take a while for the autoattack to activate.

sure :D some skills have long animations, like killing spree, so I don't usually weave that for the sake of speed, unless I'm giving chase. Also, after launching surprise attack, it takes a while for a weave to activate, so I follow up right away with a skill. Also, to make the fang strike chain go by faster, I do: weave > fang strike > beast kick (no weave) > weave > beast swipe. I also weave the rune carve chain (need sigil strike). Also, if you weave Ripclaw, you can *jumpclaw*.

I'm currently using the crucible pvp weapons, stacking mostly attack 5s and a few crit 17s, crucible armor set, and as for stigmas, I'm using the cookie cutter build.
