@ Feel free to list the views you think I missed. I know there is a new form of idealism put forward by Brian Borgman and company called modified redemptive historical idealism. I did not mention it because it is still essentially idealism in my mind. I don't want to misrepresent anyone though.

The Old School Baptists were the Particular Baptists who opposed the doctrines of Andrew Fuller in the 18th century and afterwards. John Gill, John Brine, Gilbert Beebe, Samuel Trott, and others.

@@Brother-Martin Fuller's taught that the atonement was 'sufficient' for all but 'efficient' for only the elect. He also said that God offers salvation to all sinners both elect and reprobate. Finally, he taught that it was the duty of all sinners to believe in Jesus which is called duty-faith. His views are kind of in between Calvinism and Arminianism. Many modern-day Calvinists teach these doctrines and call any who oppose this Hyper Calvinists. You should look up the Particular Baptist William Rushton and his book on the Atonement. Rushton's book refutes Fuller.
