I guessed about the automatic tonality detection (although for some reason I sometimes have a difference between what is detected and what is written in my sample name). However, the idea of saving the sample in the preset is very convenient. Thanks especially for this feature. PS What interesting backgrounds you use for this video. Even though only fragments are visible, even that looks good. It's a pity that Orange Dreams 2 itself doesn't have an option to display them on the main screen. Would be quite an inspiring influence when making music 😉

When getting to know a new musical instrument (almost) I always start by exploring the sound of presets. And most of them in Orange Dreams 2 are just great. My favorites are Ambient Waves, Hybrid Tones and Vinyl Vibes. But the big plus is the large amount of customization of each sound in the preset and adding your own samples to them. Thank you very much for an inspiring musical instrument :)

Thank you! An inspiring musical instrument :) However, the real reveal is when you go to the sound settings tab. The Random feature allows you to change the sound of the instrument in the moment. And the ability to add your own samples opens a lot of possibilities for musical imagination ;) Special thanks for the richness of settings and the presence of built-in sounds, for me it's always a good opportunity to add a texture at once and draw something on top of it with the help of keys. PS In our latitudes these days summer meets fall. And Orange Dream 2 allows you to create just a perfect soundtrack for living in the background of everyday life (especially if you periodically add some Lofi Stack and mix in Deep Waters)

Deep Waters is awesome and inspiring ;) I always like to find the right DRY / WET combination in the Atmosphere preset category (thank you for that clarification, after which my attitude towards these presets changed drastically). Deep Waters goes well with Downtoun Grand Piano. The effect is especially interesting if you turn Convolutions on/off ;)

Maybe next time you put at least a decay and a size knob into the GUI. Why would I use a reverb with only a mix knob?

Awesome as always. I will be using this in a more darker role of providing some nice dark horror textures and atmospheres to my Horror music. It sounds great, thank you for such cool free awesome instruments and effects.

I ve just use it for the first time...the Arctic Fx is pure magic...it should have a plugin on its own, it transform any sound in cinescape ambient dreaming perfection

Enchanted by this instrument ! I do not often buy on a whim because there are too many reasons not to with gear and especially plugins. But once in a while what is offered is indeed inspired and if it leads me to feel as well, then it isn't a waste of money. Although it being hardly so, if it was but it isn't! I was immediately involved with be really easy and enjoyable display enhancing my creative process. So, if you want to immerse yourself into enchanting, spellbinding and strangely beautiful realms, this is one you will not regret or leave to oblivion in some external hard disc. A very unusual instrument for Zak Sound's collection of instruments. And very suitable for creating a soundtrack for the weather outside the window.... We should use it to voice the new season «True Detective»

Why do you have to press the "Start" button every time? or it won't play, what kind of stupidity is that? Why would you do that? It's completely impossible to work with. I'm the one who has to press START every time to get the sound to appear, even if the plugin is running and the plugin window has been minimized -- the plugin is sent to the trash.

Do you need a hardware midi keyboard to use this? Or can you use the Piano roll in your DAW?
